Haydon Spenceley

Taking a trip down Memory Lane this week is Northampton Town’s Club Chaplain , Haydon Spenceley.

As well as being the Club Chaplain, Haydon is also a Cobblers fan, having been first taken to the County Ground by his Dad.

Haydon is a wheelchair user and used to write a column for the fanzine entitled a view from slightly lower down.

In this episode of Memory Lane, Haydon tells Danny what it is like for him to watch games from his vantage point and the stadiums which have given him the most interesting angles.

Haydon also talks about his role as Club Chaplain and how his unique position often means he knows more about what is going on with the playing and coaching staff than anyone else.
